WEBGUYZ® is a registered trademark of WebGuyz Inc., a Texas corporation. Webguyz Inc. was formerly doing business as Tele-Base Inc. We felt that WebGuyz
better reflects who we are and what we do and changed the corporate name on 01/01/2006.
WebGuyz
Inc. is located in beautiful Dallas, Texas. In 1996 WebGuyz was a
consulting firm offering Novell, Microsoft, UNIX, and Local Area
Networking. With the rising popularity of the Internet, WebGuyz used
its networking and operating system expertise and focused on
successfully launching Web Hosting and ISP services in the Dallas/Ft.
Worth area. We now offer a number of services designed to help the
small to medium sized business become successful on the Internet.
The most important differentiator between WebGuyz and the
competition is our total commitment to excellent customer service. We
know there are dozens of companies offering similar services, and to
keep our customers and attract new customers we have to offer more
than price alone.
We do not have any long term service commitments at WebGuyz. This
policy was started so that we never forget that we have to constantly
work harder to keep our customers happy so that our customers will
want to tell others about WebGuyz. We do little advertising and
depend heavily on customer referrals. We have also been controlling
our growth to ensure that great customer support never becomes a
casualty of increased profits.
