I can receive email OK but can not send any emails

There are only 2 reasons why this situation would occur:

  1. If you do not have SMTP authentication turned it. This is necessary so that we know who it is trying to send valid mail through our servers. This is usually labeled something like 'Outgoing Mail Server'  or 'My Server requires Authentication'. Do not confuse this will SSL which our system does not use.
  2. Your local ISP is blocking SMTP (port 25 which is sending mail) forcing you to use the ISP's mail server and the email address they issued you. This is being done to try and stem the tide of Spam, but causes problems for anyone who has their own domain name. Many larger ISP's like SBC, Earthlink, Mindspring and others are doing this on their home user accounts. To get around this WebGuyz has defined a secondary SMTP port number to use. In your mail account setup, look around for a setting that says:  SMTP Port (25) and change the 25 to 587. This will allow you to send without problem as most ISP's only block the standard port for mail sending. If you need help with this please submit a Support request and we will be glad to assist you with this.
